These terms govern your use of gocrafthome.com and of the matching and scheduling service we provide. By submitting a request or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GoCraft Home is a service of CSC Comercial LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in Winter Garden, Florida. You can reach us at (786) 744-6185 or at info@gocrafthome.com.
GoCraft Home connects homeowners with independent painting companies that are licensed and insured to work in the homeowner's area, and coordinates a free on-site estimate. That is the whole of what we do.
We are a matching and scheduling service. We do not perform painting work. We do not employ the professionals, we do not subcontract them, we do not supervise the work, and we do not set the price of any job.
When you accept an estimate, the contract for that work is between you and the independent licensed company that gave you the estimate. GoCraft Home is not a party to it. That company is solely responsible for the price it quotes, the scope it agrees to, the schedule it commits to, the quality of the work, its own licensing and insurance, its employees and subcontractors, and any warranty it offers.
You are free to accept or decline any estimate. Requesting an estimate through GoCraft Home puts you under no obligation to hire anyone.
Homeowners pay us nothing. The request, the match and the on-site estimate are free to you. We are compensated by the painting companies in our network for the estimate appointments we schedule for them.
This means we have a commercial relationship with the companies we match you with. We tell you plainly so you can weigh it. It does not change the fact that the price, the scope and the work itself are theirs, and that the decision to hire is entirely yours.
When you submit a request, you agree that we and the matched professional may contact you at the phone number and email address you gave us, including by call and text message, about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an estimate you have already asked for. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to match you with a licensed and insured professional who serves your area and who can do the job you described, but we cannot guarantee that a professional will be available for every request, every area or every date, nor any particular price, timeline or outcome for the work itself.
Information on this site, including price ranges, is provided for general guidance. A real price comes from the on-site estimate, not from the site.
The site and the service are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, CSC Comercial LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or conduct of any independent professional, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us, which for homeowners is zero.
If something goes wrong with work you contracted, raise it first with the company that did the work, because the agreement is with them. Tell us as well, at info@gocrafthome.com. We cannot resolve a dispute we are not a party to, but we do use that information to decide who stays in our network.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
