This policy explains what GoCraft Home collects when you ask us for a quote, what we do with it, and who we give it to. It applies to gocrafthome.com and to quote requests you submit through our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
GoCraft Home connects homeowners in Miami-Dade and Broward County with independent, licensed and insured painting professionals, and coordinates free on-site quotes. We are not the company that performs the work. The work is performed by the independent licensed professional we match you with.

We only collect what we need to get a professional to your property with a real quote.
When you submit a form inside Facebook or Instagram, that form is hosted by Meta and the information you enter is passed to us. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one. What we receive from that form is treated exactly like a request submitted on this website.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from requesting a quote.
This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly.
We share your request with the licensed professional matched to your job. That is the entire point of submitting it. They receive what they need to contact you and quote the work, including your name, phone number, email and the property details.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, including our customer relationship and messaging platform, our website host, and our analytics and advertising providers. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with unrelated advertisers.
When you submit a request, you are asking us to get back to you, and you agree to be contacted by phone call, text message and email about that request. This can include automated or prerecorded messages at the number you provided. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or call (786) 744-6185. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or write to us.
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a quote or a job you have already scheduled.
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve the request and to keep normal business records, and then we delete or de-identify them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for adults arranging work on property they own or are authorized to manage. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our pages may link to sites we do not control, including the sites of the professionals we match you with. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than buried.
