GoCraft Home is a matching and scheduling service. We take your request, understand what you need, and connect you with an independent home service professional who is licensed and insured to do that work in your area. We also help schedule the visit.
We do not perform the work. We are not a contractor. We do not employ the professionals, we do not subcontract them, and we do not supervise the job. The company that shows up at your property is an independent business that carries its own license, its own insurance and its own warranty terms.
The professional you hire is. Your agreement for the work is with them, not with GoCraft Home. They are responsible for the quality of the job, for any damage, and for honoring whatever warranty they offer. Before anyone starts, you are entitled to see their license and their certificate of insurance, and we encourage you to ask.
The match and the scheduling are free to you. GoCraft Home is compensated by the professionals in our network for the appointments we schedule for them. That compensation does not change the price you are quoted.
We use call tracking and analytics to know which pages and which ads produce requests. That is measurement and it does not change what you are quoted. This site also appears in paid search and paid social; arriving from an ad changes nothing about your price.
